This cartoon shows how solar power could be used to power all sorts of things. There are solar panels on the dog house, the car, the house and even the man’s hat!
There is definitely more than needs to be done here but It's a good start and I like the topic. Some more written information about the different technologies would be beneficial. If you're trying to get people to switch to wind and solar power maybe address some of the cost issues and the benefits that may or may not outweigh them. More informing and persuading can fit into the picture. Also, maybe split up various topics that you end up discussing into different blogs and use the titles to captivate attention and help the reader navigate.
try embedding the youtube videos so your reader can watch them right on your blog and it would be easier to keep their attention
